Gambit Custody and GEN partner on blockchain-backed green energy investments
An MoU to bring tokenised renewable-energy projects — with on-chain tracking of solar output and emissions — to Malaysian investors.

Gambit Custody signed an MoU with GEN, a green energy investment technology platform, to launch Malaysia’s first blockchain-backed green energy investment platform, with participation from MDEC.
The platform tokenises renewable-energy projects and records solar output and emissions reduction on-chain, so investors can verify the impact behind their holdings. "Transparency is what turns good intentions into trusted investments," said Group CEO Datuk Clifford Hii; GEN Co-founder and CEO Ines Yong called the partnership the bridge between green finance and verifiable data.
